CP Financial Services LLC is committed to providing quality financial services to our clients. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for coaching or other financial services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a coaching program or service and decide to cancel before the first session or service delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation After First Session: If you cancel after attending the first coaching session or receiving the first service, you may receive a partial refund for any unused sessions or services, minus a 10% processing fee.
Non-Refundable: Any services or products that have been fully delivered or completed are non-refundable. Additionally, certain non-refundable deposits or fees will be outlined in your contract or agreement.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing at cpfinancialservicesnd@gmail.com or call us at (701) 541-0247. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial service or program start date. We will evaluate your request and issue a refund if it meets our eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
